Terms & Conditions – EKO Mattress Buy Back Scheme

These Terms & Conditions apply to the EKO Mattress Buy Back Scheme (“the Scheme”), which offers customers a discount on a new mattress purchase alongside free collection of their old mattress. By participating in the Scheme, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • The Scheme is available to customers within a 15-mile radius of Horsham, West Sussex.

  • The Scheme applies only when purchasing a new EKO Mattress directly via ekomattress.com or through our sales team.

  • Only one old mattress may be collected for each new mattress purchased.

2. Qualifying Old Mattresses

  • The old mattress must be the same size as the new mattress purchased (e.g., Double for Double, King for King).

  • Mattresses presented for collection must be in a sanitary condition (EKO Mattress reserves the right to refuse collection if the mattress is deemed unsafe for handling).

  • Only residential mattresses qualify. Items such as toppers, sofa beds, cots, or commercial mattresses are excluded.

3. Discounts & Trade-In Values

  • Customers will receive a discount code applied at the point of purchase.

  • Discount values are based on the size of the new mattress purchased:

    • Single – £75

    • Small Double – £100

    • Double – £125

    • King – £150

    • Super King – £175

  • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or transferred to another order.

4. Delivery & Collection

  • Free delivery of the new mattress and free collection of the old mattress are included.

  • Collection will take place at the same time as delivery of the new EKO Mattress.

  • Customers must ensure the old mattress is accessible for collection on the agreed date.

5. Limitations

  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.

  • EKO Mattress reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend the Scheme at any time.

  • EKO Mattress accepts no responsibility for failure to collect if the customer does not meet the eligibility or accessibility requirements above.

6. General

  • Participation in the Scheme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
